Why estimate do not show customer name?

I have created an estimate/quotation for a client. However, when I preview the quotation customer name is missing, it only shows the address of the customer. Please help!

Dear @sherina79 ,
There could be two reasons for this:
- You have not filled in the Customer's Customer Name is missing in their records (only the Display Name is filled in); or
- The Template you are using has the Shipping or Billing address disabled.
You can fix the first issue by doing the following:
- Go to Contacts Center.
- Go to Customers.
- Find the Customer you are trying to send an Estimate to, and click them.
- Fill in their Customer Name.
- Press Save and Close.
To fix the second issue, you will need to return to the Estimate, and click Template.
From there, ensure that the Header has Billing Address or Shipping Address ticked.
