When Logging on to Reckon Hosted I get an Error message -6177,0

I have followed the below steps and still am receiving the same error message.
Any Help would be appreciated, Thanks Heather

We opened the files successfully yesterday, it was the accountant who tried to log in today to find this error message.
The file would have been opened in Multi User mode yesterday.

Thank you for trying the steps mentioned in the help document. If you can please do the following for me -
- In My Live Q, where you have the company file, there should be 2 files with .nd and .tlg, please delete those files.
- Rename the company file.
- Go to Utility and check if you're hosting Multi-user Access. There should be an option to Stop Multi-user access. Please click and stop that. (Make sure, to have all the users logged-out of RA Hosted and the Company file).
Once you have followed all of them, please try opening the file and confirm if that works. If the issue still persists, please let us know, will have a look for you. Thank you!
