Hi how do I set up a new staff member to use the STP portal? We use Reckon Desktop.

    Hi @Ann_10524711,

    If you are attempting to allow multiple users access to your GovConnect entity for STP submissions, you will need to have an employee or yourself create a new user on Reckon Customer Portal:

    Once that is completed, you can share the GovConnect entity via the users email address:

    Thank you. I am trying to setup multiple users access to govconnect.

    What screen do I enter the new details into?

    Hi @Ann_10524711,

    You will need to create a new user onΒ Reckon Customer Portal start screen by clicking on the bottom, 'register for free' and enter the details there for the new accounts.

    So we've tried registering new user as you suggested and it says user already exists.

    Before your reply, I did try to set up in the reckon portal. It somehow set up in the Reckon One program - which we do not use. I thought I had deleted it but wondering now if that is why it is saying it already exists?

    I cannot set up the new user as you have instructed.

    Could you please provide the username or email for me, please?

    The username most likely is already taken or the email, if it's the email I recommend that you click forgot password and enter the username and email address.

    When I mistakenly setup in reckon one, it may have just had Chris as user name ….. I didn't think it had worked and i thought I had removed it.

    I have now managed to link the email address as a user. Looks like we've got it worked out.

    The big test will be next week when do our next pay run!
