System will not send statements as it can't connect to server
Hi all
I cannot send any statements as the system won't connect to the server. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer, however this has not helped. The other thing that has started happening just today is that I am asked for MFA every time I log in (which has been about 3 times today). Any advice please?

When you click "Send Now", does the next Statement email outwards? Or does nothing occur?
For reference: The Edit Email Information screen takes priority over all other areas of the application.
You must send each email before performing any other task.
If you did click Send Now and nothing emailed outwards, you may need to see if there are any errors stuck behind Reckon Accounts Hosted.
To do so, press the left ALT key and press Page Up at the same time. This will allow you to cycle between screens in Reckon Accounts Hosted.
If there are any screens outside the Edit Email Information, Going Online, and Reckon Accounts Hosted windows, you will need to close or cancel them first.
