I have an employee on a Visa 482 and is unable to obtain hs PAYG suammary on his MyGov portal. Is there any way I can print a hard copy for him?

Thanks for confirming @Kathyd
Yes. they need to have this lodged from their own My Gov Portal if they want to process themselves, or they can contact their Tax agent.
With STP Phase 2, Payment Summaries are no longer relevant as mentioned in the above attached post and other than My Gov Portal, there is no way to have the income statements downloaded.

Hi @Kathyd
Is there any particular reason for you to have the summary downloaded?
Is that because employee wants to lodge Tax for the Financial Year?
If you are looking the summary for the purpose of Tax Lodgments, please check this out - #TipTuesday: Why payment summaries are obsolete with STP Phase 2 in Reckon Accounts — Reckon Community
You can also have the Income Statements downloaded from My Gov, if required. I hope this helps. Feel free to let us know for any concerns. Thank you!

I just had a further look and I can print a hard copy through PAYG Summary Print and select the individual. Let me know if this is not correct

Hi @Kathyd ,
Thank you for your question.
The data in the payment summary are obsolete with the New STP phase 2 requirements. As mentioned by Tanvi above please refer to the attached article which explains why it should not be used with STP phase-2 reporting.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Reeta

Hi Tanvi
The employee is wishing to complete his Tax return but cannot access his MyGov . Is it available on our company portal or only his MyGov portal?

check the totals in the payment summary and make sure they agree with the figures in the payroll report. As stated they are now obsolete but if the employee only had ordinary wages it might be correct. I have had this problem too in the past and was not able to resolve it and have had to print a report for the tax office on occasion.
The figures are only available on his MyGov.

@Kathyd You can actually print the employee’s Income Statement from Reckon’s portal !
To do this, log in & go to the applicable EOFY Finalisation submission. Click on the submission's Detail link here:
… then click on the Detail link for the employee you want to access:
Their Income Statement - as shown in the employee's myGov - is displayed there:
There's not a designated "Print" button here (yet!) but you can print it out - or to PDF - from your browser 😊
