Email Service Connection

I am having trouble emailing out anything to customers.

I was using the program 2 days ago and everything was fine and now i am getting error message:

The email service you selected to use currently cannot be reached. Please ensure you are connected to the internet before trying again.

Me normal emails are working fine and my internet connection is fine. I am using outlook/hotmail email.

Any advise would be appreciated.

    Forgot to mention the current settings are:

    server is smtp.office365.com

    And port is 587

    I believe before this it was smtp.live.com

    Hi @hlglass

    I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with emailing. We’re aware that Microsoft/Outlook made some changes that have caused the "Outlook/Hotmail" option to stop functioning, and we’re actively working on a fix.

    In the meantime, if you have Outlook (classic), you might want to try adding your email there and selecting the Outlook provider option. That’s worked for me and a few others. If that doesn’t work for you, Gmail is still running smoothly if you’re okay with using it.

    *Note the Outlook email provider option only seems to work with the older classic version and not the Outlook(new) version at this time. We are still working for a fix for this as well.
