Active Employee

Hi
we have one employee and have done previous pay runs for him without a problem however for the pay run today when I attempt to mark it as paid I get an error message that says there must be at least one active employee. The employee is displayed as being active.
can anyone help?

Hi @WBG,
We've encountered a few cases like this in the past, and it appears to be related to one of the following issues:
- A super fund/super item in an archived status
- Employee setup had missing records - especially super fund and ABN
Could you please take a moment to review these two sections for the employee and check if any updates are needed?
