how can we add more then 1 email for sending invoices to the client,

Hi

How can we add more than 1 email for sending invoices to the client, at the moment there is only one text box to add customer email and we cannot add more with a comma.

Please advise

    Hi @Dee09,

    Let me double check this for you, but I believe that you can use contacts and add them to the invoice so you can send additional invoices to the client.

    Can you confirm if that's specific to a customer? If so, you can add those in their records. Please check the attached screenshot -

    If you have to add BCC email, you can also manage that in the settings as mentioned in the screenshot.

    Hi Dee,

    Please go into the contacts centre and select contacts, create a new contact and add details for the client and ensure that the correct organization is selected for them in settings:

    Once that has been completed, click email invoice and you should see an additional contact being displayed there:

    i don't know how your reckon looks better than mine :), mine does not have the option

    Hi @Dee09

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

    If you click on the Drop-down for Add electronic address, you will get an option to add any additional information.
