Remove Filter not working on Receipts screen

Hi,

There seems to be a number of issues creeping into to Reckon One over the past few weeks.

I went to do end of day closing tasks and cannot remove filters from Receipts screen. I have been in and out of screen and started Reckon One again and still an issue. Remove filters was working earlier in the day and still works on Payments screen.

    If you can please explain a bit more in terms of End of Day Closing tasks -

    • What exactly are you trying to do?
    • Are you trying to add any Invoices/Bills/Payments/Estimates etc.?
    • If so, which specific functionality are you using?
    • When you mentioned, Remove Filters not working, do you mean something which I have highlighted in the screenshot attached?

    Hi Tanvi,

    What the end of day closing tasks are is not relevant - it is relevant when these happen at end of day due to time pressure.

    This is my first day back since Friday - the issue is still occurring. See screen shot below. The reason RCPT is in the search box is because it is the only way to see all the receipts again. This screen shot is after I clicked on Remove Filter and waited for a minute or so.

    I am not going to try filtering on other fields in case I end up like Friday with not being able to get rid of those filters.

    Hi Tanvi,

    Just noticed that the Filter box now has a zero in it - usually the previous filter text would remain in the box. I assume this has happened as a result of whatever Reckon was trying to do after I clicked on Remove Filter.

    Hi Tanvi,

    The Remove Filter button still does not work. Workaround is to do a search with blank criteria and that has same effect as remove filter on that column.

    Thank you for providing the requested info.

    I have checked the book and can replicate the issue in your book. However, is working fine for my book. I am assuming this could be a book specific issue.

    I am raising a ticket for this "Remove Filter" function in your book for them to investigate further and as soon as we hear from the team, will get back to you with an update.
