Error code entering employee

Keep getting this error code when trying to enter employee? Won't let me past the leave page

    Hi @chelseaporter,

    This might sound weird but could you try and reverse the name in the "Display Name" section. For me it would be like this.

    Thank has allowed to enter the employee, i have tried to change the display name after and getting the same error message?

    I encountered the same thing awhile back as well.

    Could you try and see if you can create a new employee normally now? If it lets you, maybe you could re-create that employee and remove the one with the backwards display name?

    If i put a full spot at the end of the name in display name it allows me to have it the right way around, very odd.

    Yeah, it’s a strange one!

    Thanks for letting us know what worked for you as well. I recall that the next employee I set up didn’t have the same issue, so I hope that’s the case for you as well.
