Account not showing Personal Plus

I have just logged into my account and I can't find anything about PP.
Can anyone advise where I should look?

Sorry I haven't got back to you. I couldn't log in.

Anyway I have formatted my laptop twice today.

If you remember you had me save my files to Reckon Data as the RKN file. Well when I tried to open it today, it wouldn't recognize the file. Lucky I still saved it the old way, as that is how I opened it, but it was 2 days old, so had to update it again.

I also discovered they have downloaded a new version of software, now called V31. No idea if anything is new, looks 100% the same…

RKN files are backups only and need to be RESTORED in order to work, call me if you wish.

All good, I just used the 2 day old one which meant i had to re-enter some entries. But as i was having computer problems yesterday and spent all day formatting this and reloading stuff, it didn't take long.
