Backup
Hi
Hoping someone can help. Everytime I try to back up it comes up with the window that says not responding. If I leave it for around 10 minutes it will eventually back up. I just went to double check the back up log and none of the back ups I have done recently show they are there. The last one I can see is from April and I have done multiple since then. Can anyone help.

That all makes sense but it doesn't explain why the back ups I have just done today and other days are not showing in the back up logs.

You may need to verify the data file before doing a backup. This is to check the integrity of the data file.

Thanks Klaura I was doing the verify/back up together
Gerry I am looking in the view back up log.
I log into hosted
Click on View back up log
It brings up the two users and the dates backed up. I have done 4 back ups today and none have shown up against my user.

Have a look in B: Drive and see what's there.

Thanks Gerry they are in the B drive. Not sure why they arent showing in the Back up log. Can you advise why Klaura or Tanvi

You can check this KB here as to why the Backup is not showing in the Backup log in the Dashboard. You can follow the work around provided and to prevent this from happening.
