Where has a deposit to sales order been posted?

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to see what account a receipt has gone to?

I have a customer sales order, showing as paid. It is not showing in the bank account, or undeposited funds. Is there a quick way to see what account this has been posted to?

    Hi @Vanessa Hales ,

    First, access the customer center and select the relevant customer. Upon selection, the customer transactions will be displayed. If the sales order indicates that it is paid and you have received the payment, there should be a corresponding payment transaction. You can view the account information in the payment row under the account column, as shown in the image below.
