Invoice pdfs not received by email recipient.

I am having complaints from my clients over the last two months that they are not receiving the pdf attachments of invoices witht he emails. I have not upgraded windows or made any other change. Is this my system or theirs? any ideas on how to correct this?

Does this issue seem to be occurring on all outbound emails with an attachment or just a select few?
Also, are the emails themselves, being received successfully? ie. Is it just the attachment that is missing?0 -
I went into preferences and set all emails to bcc myself (and I have a rule set up in my emails so they all go into one folder and I can check whenever I want to). If you're getting them, then so are the clients, they probably just aren't checking their junk mail folder.1
