Selecting 2016 R2 in Hosted but program wanting to open in 2015

I am trying to open a Reckon Hosted file that has been upgraded (quite a few days ago) to 2016 R2 but it keeps coming up as 2015 and telling me that the program has already been updated.  I tried to ring Reckon help at 4:48pm but got a message that they were closed (I though they closed at 5:00pm).

    This is because you opened RA 2015 icon first

    The easiest solution is to logout completely including from the RA Server. Exit browser, could even reboot computer which is not necessary

    Then retry to login to RA 2016

    That should work John.  I had a similar situation which occurred out of the blue some three weeks ago.  I went to the Control Panel and logged off the remote session and after exiting the browser it worked.  As you suggest, I don't recall that I had to reboot the computer, rather, closing the browser afterwards did the trick.

    Thanks John and John.  I got a message from the accountant with the problem.  Now I know what caused it.  Appreciate both your help
