overseas employees

I would like to keep records of salary payment and holiday accrual for our team in China in the employee section without effecting my AU Records.has anyone done this before?

    Its not a good idea. Id use a different file altogether. They arent emplyees if they arent paying tax here. Of course if they are Australian residents overseas then they will still get a payment summary.

    Could also use the employee Notes. This can be printed any time.

    Hi Jushe, 
    any payroll payment in the system are consider as posting transactions, so there is no way with in the same file recording the detailed payroll payment for employees  without effect your financial data, as Kevin suggested, I would also suggest use another data file all together to record these info.

    I wouls recommend this course Jay Jay. For that matter if they dont have an Australian TFN then they cant be emoyees
