Chequing Account Linked to Share Portfolio

We have changed the bank account linked to our share portfolio. How do I change the linked account so that when we enter a share buy or sell into the share portfolio the money transaction will go to the right bank account?

When you goto Enter Transaction it allows you to select which bank account you want it to go to.
