Hi @ChrisMCGW
To add some context around this. The change in requirement around an email address in the company information looks to be something very new from the ATO which wasn't communicated. All info we currently have is that its not mandatory hence why previous submissions have been successful. It may be an unintentional change by the ATO following system maintenance which was performed recently but we're getting some clarification around this from them.
In terms of where to add the email address in Reckon Accounts or Reckon Accounts Hosted, check out the below screenshot. Payroll Premier is the second screenshot.

A client has been successfully lodging STP via Hosted up till 13/06/2021
Then on 20th June and 4 lodgments since then we get an error message (that the ATO cannot help us with - even though the message comes from the ATO. The pay on 13th June (successful) is EXACTLY the same as the pays on 20th and 27th - absolutely no changes to the two employee pays
Message:
The value specified for an item does not match the item type (Value = "",item type = String, uniqueID = http:www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt:ElectronicMailAddressT) Hint: The actual length is less than the Minimum Length Value
Employee details are fully accurate, triple checked, and the client's second company employee STP lodgments are ALL successfully being
Does anyone have a resolution?

Have you checked the company email address for typos or extra spaces

Thank you everyone......much appreciated the information. I have advised the client to add the email address (was missing) and will remember this for the future!
