Bill payment in Reckon Plus 2023 Desktop

When you go to the Pay Bills window, tick the relevant bill and just overwrite the full amount paid in the right hand column to whatever you paid. You say a purchase order, did you subsequently enter the bill?

I partially pay bills in the bill pay window all the time you just have to type in the amount you want to pay, it will always enter the full amount when you tick the bill but you overwrite in the far right hand column.
