Leave Balances showing for Casual Employees on leave reports incorrectly
Hi @Rav I received a phone call about this this morning from the Reckon support team stating this glitch had been resolved - bit it hasn't? Casuals are still showing annual and personal leave balances in all of my books.

Tax on unused Annual Leave
I process the final payment for a terminated employee. I find that there is no tax for unused annual leave in tax withheld calculation (The PAYG for unused annual leave should be 32%). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Superannuation Guarantee does not automatically calculate in Payrun

Terminate Employee
We are migrate from Payroll Premier (Desktop) to Reckon Payroll recently. I try to terminate an employee due to resignation. However, I can't find "Resignation" in Reason for termination. Is there any way I can add "Resignation" in the reason for termination? Many thanks
