We are using Reckon Accounts Hosted.  I am trying to create EMDUPE file to submit to ATO.  I am saving file to Q Drive, and then trying to download to my local machine - BUT I am unable to save locally without specifying a file type to save it as.

I have been using Open Office - text document, but the ATO is rejecting it.  Does anyone know a way around this issue?
