Account Bar in Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016

I am using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016.
I have the Account Bar open and on the left.
All my accounts appear in the Account Bar, with their balances, except for one.
The "problem" account does appear in the Account Bar, but its balance does not, even though I have the option "Show Amounts" ticked.
