Accounts Hosted not coping with multi user

We have our accountant accessing our file at present, so have to have it on multi user. They are trying to run a balance sheet and this is affecting my ability to post invoices. Hosted does not cope with multi user very well at all and it is quite frustrating. Can this be addressed?

Maybe your data file needs some maintenance - as using Multi User does not cause thing to stop working. Your file maybe be corrupted or fragmented - follow the link below as it may well improve the perfomance of your data file
