How to activate Reckon Account licences for installations on other PCs

I was sent a Customer ID,PIN & IKC, but all my product keys are all different on my 5 User License, and I cannot access the application as it is still asking for LICENSE Key to activate the other installations. I am confused.

    Hi Celsus,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    That's right, Product Keys and License Keys are unique to the PC Accounts Business is installed on.  

    With a 5-user license you will need to activate each installation.  You can do this across the web, and if that fails you can call Customer Service on 1800-RECKON.
