Hi Karen, what you will need to do is go to your Employee Centre > Edit employee (you will need to repeat if multiple employees affected) > change tabs to Payroll & Compensation Info > click on Super details > Untick Salary Sacrifice items: Reduce Employer Contributions. If you have any further issues, feel free to email me directly at sally@samsolutions.com.au Kind regards, Sally

Hi Sally,

We have the same problem under Quickpay Premier 2015/16 but there is no tick box like "Reduce Employer Contributions". Any suggestions??

Hi Phil,

You'll find the switch to calculate Staturtoy Super on Salary Sacrifice component on the Preferences screen under the Super item.

Hope this helps,

regards,
John
