I'm seeing a black screen - cannot log on. What now?

After pressing "Launch Accounts 2014 R4" the screen goes black.

Hey Cassie, the black screen can mean that there is a longer period of time being taken for log in than usual. If nothing happens after say 3-5 minutes, disconnect the session from the control panel - failing that, please give tech support a call.

Hi Cassie, I also find the following to be useful -
Close your browser completely and re-open it
Try in a different browser (ie Internet Explorer if currently using Google)
