Bank Rec open balance, entered by journal, I can't clear it

I have the very basic Reckon One online. I did the journal to enter the opening bank balance, and have entered a whole month's transactions, which all have cleared against them except the Open Bal for the Bank.  It says "uncleared" and nothing I do will change it.  Please where do I fix it?
