BUSINESS SALE AND TRANSFER OF FILE

Hi, We have recently sold our business and was after some advice as to how I can provide my customer and supplier lists and their registers to the new owner without giving them all the information on my file like bank account information etc.  Any tips would be great.  I am using Reckon Hosted Enterprise..  Thanks
