cant download reckon 2014

when i attempt to download 2014 it keeps dropping out on all computers

    Hi John,

    I'm suspecting that this may be due to your internet connection. It may not be stable enough. Even your post here on our community got posted two times. Possibly try using a different connection - e.g. use your phone's 3G/4G connection by setting up a hotspot.

    Another alternative is to contact our customer service team on 1800 732 566 and they can organise to get the DVD sent out to you instead.

    Hi John, I'm in the US, I need access to the Reckon Accounts Premier 2013 Full Version for our client. I sent an email to customer service but have not heard back. Can you help me to get the link for the download?
