Can't email out invoices and payslips in Reckon One

Hi there,

We recently had an upgrade for our server and it may affect our email system. Since then I'm unable to email out invoices and pay slips in Reckon One. 
Our IT had fixed our email system and server issues, however, he asked to contact Reckon for the invoice and payslip email issues. He want to check if reckon has to verify our email address again,

Can you please help?

    Hi Kate,

    For sending email from Reckon One, you don't need any Desktop Email Provider installed. you need to set emails on your book and also your customers who are receiving invoices.

    For doing that you need to go to Settings (Small Cogwheel on top right of book) > General > Book Settings > Complete Emailing details.

    Also to send Invoices as email, you can check following document :
