CAN'T GET ON THIS MORNING!!

Cleared all history as per instructions, logged off any remote sesions/have closed computer down and restarted and STILL CANNOT LOG IN THIS MORNING!!

    just tried going in through the reckon home page - login - hosted and for some reason it worked straight away

    Hi Everyone,

    Sorry to hear you are still having log on issues this morning.  

    We are hearing of only isolated incidences of users not being able to login this morning.  We are not aware of any system issue that would explain your experience.

    If you are still having logon issues the following is the best path to follow.
    1. Logoff the Hosted home page - Settings > Logout
    2. Close your browser, restart your computer and start a new browser session
    3. Log onto Hosted and go to the Control Panel and Log Off Remote Sessions
    4. If you are still logged on, log yourself off
    5. Return to the Homepage and launch Reckon Accounts Hosted.
    If you still have a problem then please call Technical Support straight away.

    I had this problem when I first installed Hosted - and discovered that Internet Explorer was not the best browser to use - If you use Chrome or Mozilla it will log on first time.... don't know why but seems to be a conflict somewhere in IE.

    It magically solved its own issues and just worked yesterday - I currently use chrome
