Why is Cash flow forecast not showing - Accounts Personal

I have Reckon Accounts personal 2013 and I want to predict into the future using current deposit and bills. Yhe help says Planning menu>cash flow forecast. I cannot find the Planning menu. Please help! Thank you

    Hi Clare, welcome to the Reckon Community. Cash flow forecast is available in Personal Plus & Home & Business, it is not offered in Personal 2013.

    If you have Plus or above, and cannot see the Planning menu, please let us know as there may be a problem.
