We are trying to load a STP file onto Reckon portal.  Using Hosted software.  Continually getting error message about invalid company information.  We have checked & double checked company details match in Hosted (including Case sensitivity),  Looking at the Reckon Portal there is not address details & phone numbers under Company & Advisor Information and wondering if that is the issue.  We are unable to work out how to update this?  We have tried to call support services however is at capacity

    Hi Celeste, even spaces that you cant see can be an issue - the best way to resolve it is to actually Copy & Paste the name from the Legal Name section of your Company Information screen in Hosted (make sure to highlight and swipe ALL the characters in this field)... to the Company name in the Portal... then create a new .json file and submit again - the address and phone numbers will update when you do your first successful upload.  Reckon are working on an update to the Portal that should make this part of the process much easier in future... although one you have this part correct, its pretty smooth sailing from there.

    Did you change the company name and the Legal name to agree with the tax portal
