Firstly let me say I have just logged on and got straight in and so far have not been kicked off due to inactivity .

However I also just read the message for the CEO,  Clive you obviously have your head stuck in the sand or somewhere else because the majority of complaints also were mentioning customer service or lack of it ,you have continued to push the Customer Support barrow in your message even though by reading conversations here it clearly is not working or they are not handling the work load which tells me you have not even been here to read any of these comments and we can only hope that you have been misled by one of your minions about the severity of the impact that this upgrade has had on your CUSTOMERS  .Please stop treating us like school children and address these issues.

    perhaps a word  to the commerce commission or FAIR GO may wake up those in the know and remove their heads from whereever

    i logged in and went to upload file and tells me my password is incorrect arghhhhhh. Lost of time, money, wages and productivity. I can't order a thing from my suppliers as I need purchases orders and codes!!!!!!
