Creating Invoices automatically from Sales Orders

I create multiple sales orders each day (up to 40) and then create an invoice from each sales order (always have the same info). Is there a way to say to Reckon "make an invoice for each sales order created today" rather than me doing it one by one.  I'm guessing not, but gee would it save me some time!

    Hi Chandra - I won't at this stage as it's a work issue not my personal business.  I'm glad it can be done so I will bring it up in a few weeks (I've made enough changes at work for now, taking it slowly so I don't annoy anyone!) I'll keep your details.

    Hi

    Is there a way in Reckon Hosted to produce a live data feed of stock availability to an external cloud based site that sales staff and customers can access anytime? Currently we send out a stock list to clients via email which is out of date two minutes later.

    The stock availability list must show the stock available after sales orders have been processed... not before which Reckon does now
