Employee changing from Casual to Full Time Apprentice

We have an employee that has worked on a Casual basis and is starting an Apprenticeship. Do I keep all details in the current record or create a new record.

Hi JC. I would be using the existing record. Just change the information that is relevant and also use the Notes section to provide information about the original status and the date of change for the new status. John L G0
