Employee paid jobkeeper for FN1 and FN2. Left employment. ATO asking me to declare employees through STP. How do I process the employee who left? To show that we are not claiming jobkeeper anymore for them?

Use the payroll item JOBKEEPER-FINISH-FN03. This mean they are eligible for FN01 and FN02 but not FN03. Assuming you have already lodged a JOBKEEPER-START-FN01 for this employee. To finish you use the number of the first fortnight not eligible.1

Thank you kind sir! Do you think I do a new payrun with only JOBKEEPER-FINISH-FN03 or run an update event?

I would do an update event of that employees last pay. I think this will fix future Jobkeeper declarations (June on) in the portal but not May's. I get the feeling that once the declaration populates in the portal it cannot be changed.0
