Excel Reports wont email from Reckon Accounts Hosted 2015R1.

When I try to email excel or PDF reports from Reckon Accounts Hosted  they are not being received. No error messages are coming up.

    Hi Linda

    Are the emails in your sent box of outlook or your email program? If yes then they will be received by the recipient from "Reckonhostedonline' or similar, ask the recipient to check their junk mail.
