export Reckon one data file into Reckon Elite Ledger. How should I get the Reckon one data file?

I want to export Reckon one data file into Reckon Elite Ledger. How should I get the Reckon one data file? I tried few, but Reckon elite ledger says it is not the correct file. Thanks.

    I have used csv files, but I am not sure what would be the correct data file from Reckon one that I should use to transfer all the details to Reckon Elite ledger. Thanks.
