Help with STP please

I'm using Accounts Hosted and looking for some guidance please:
I have processed my first STP file for a client but it does not include an employee who terminated in July.
- To include this employee into STP is it purely as simple as finding her last pay and to then lodge the STP for just the terminating employee?
- Is there a process/requirement to notify the ATO that this is the last pay for the employee concerned

I don’t believe you have to notify the ATO of termination, I’m sure that is reflected in the end of year process0
