Hi Rav, I'm having a problem uploading an update to the ATO single touch payroll. I had to amend one employee for there superannuation was incorrect so I did the correction and then set to draft and chose the employee and then then sent update but the ATO keeps sending back an error status with the message saying that The Period Start Sate must be within the same financial year as the Pay/update Date. The employee I amended was for the pay date of the 27th of June to the 3rd of July payroll date which is this financial year so I don't know what to do or how to get this through to the ATO to be updated. Can you please help?
