Hi, I'm using Reckon Accounts Hosted I have tried to set up a payroll schedule for 1 (one) employee! I can get as far as " Enter Payroll Information" page but the arrow and Review and Create Pay cheques is ghosted. Have tried numerous ways to get around this but am stumped. Any suggestions? Am using Windows 10 and Reckon Accounts Hosted. A little bit IT savvy but often fall into category of "Knowing enough to get myself into trouble"! Trying NOT to do this this time round. Anticipated thanks. Maria

Hi Maria.  Try this.  Click on Employees> Add or Edit Payroll Schedules.  This will bring up a screen which lists your current schedule/schedules.  Down at the bottom of that specific screen, bottom left hand corner, you should see a Tab for Payroll Schedule.  Click on that and select New.  Proceed then to create a new schedule and give it a specific name for you to select when you are setting up the payroll schedule for the employee in their employee record.

There is an even quicker method.  When setting up the employee record, under the Payroll and Compensation Info Tab, when you get to the section Payroll Schedule, click on the down arrow (for the existing schedule/schedules which are already setup) and select New and then set up your additional schedule.

Thanks so much John. I tried what you said but still no progress. But in my introduction I said I knew just enough to get myself into trouble!! It turns out my display settings were at 125% scale, so no matter what I did, the bottom part of the schedule page was just NOT going to show upon my laptop. I attached another monitor which could accommodate the 125% scaling up and voila!! the "Continue" tab showed up and I was able to "create Payment"
Really appreciate your attention and time John
