Hello Nick,
Thanks for asking.
To email Payment Summaries your employees must have an email address entered on their Employee Record > Address and Contact tab, and on the same screen, for the Preferred Send Form Method have selected either Email or Both.
When you generate Payment Summaries ( Employees > Process Payment summaries, select the email option: Select Payment Summaries to Email.
