Hi everyone, would love to know how to always have the default when sending invoices via Outlook that the message will be in rich text or HTML format.  Otherwise I have to play about changing to rich or html so that I can attach my decent email signature.  Appreciate your help!

Ongoing problem for many years. Reckon has no interest in fixing.
I suggested it myself about 8 years ago

Only way is (you probably already do this)

Tick the option "Display each email before sending"
Then can change signature etc before it is sent

Yep that is way I do it - amazing that Reckon has not fixed this yet.  Even if it's just for the display as you go ones.  That would be better than nothing :-)    Thankfully most of them I can send as plain text as they are the same customers.  It's just for the new ones when you want things to look a bit spiffy...  thanks for the heads up on that one...
