How to know when a sales orders are ready to be fulfilled? How to know when we finally have the mate

FMCG manufacturing. A few sales orders each day and a dozen builds each day come in. New to the company, trying to get things functioning (have found six figure balance sheet items that don't exist). Trying to make everyones jobs easier to win then over. 

Is there a reminder or report I show them to pull so they can know when we have the materials for a build en masse, with dozens of builds out at any given time they are hand checking each one each day to see if we have materials to make the build, this seems really inefficient.


Same questions for sales order, is there a report or reminder that would show which sales orders are ready to fulfill.

    BOM and SO do not have that type of automation functionality,  like Kevin said.
    However, we can look at additional Report Tool to fix some of your issues.
