Dear Reckon Community
I have noticed that a few of our employees'  total annual gross wages are inflated by the amount of their super amounts.  In our Reckon Hosted system, the wages are correct, but when they have been recorded into the STP portal, the gross amount includes the super amount for the employee.  How can I fix this, so that we can report the correct amounts to the ATO through the STP portal?  I am using the most recent Reckon Hosted software.  It is quite strange, as it is only 10 employees out of 76 that have been affected.  Can anyone please tell me why this has happened, and how do I fix it?

    Hi Ruth - it sounds like some of your super payroll items have the Tax Tracking Type set to Gross Payments - it should be set to None - if you check all your super items, fix the ones that are wrong - then rerun your final STP lodgement - it should be fixed?

    Thanks, I''ll give that a go.  I did notice it was only mainly one super fund, so I was a bit suspicious as to how it was linked.
    I have now changed the tracking type to None, as it was set to Gross Payments on two of the superfunds. 
    All good now, and reports all match.
