In my system, the pdb file is stored in the POS clients computer. However, my server computer is down and all the data are lost, including all backups. Fortunately, pdb file is not in my server computer, so all my POS clients can be use.

The thing is whether I can transfer the item list from my pdb file to my Quickbooks?

You need to reinstal pos administrator to connect the pdb file to the Reckon Accounts file. Kevin t:0407744914

    Hi Calvin

If you send me the PDB file, I can recover the item lists for you and put them in a format that while enable important back into we Reckon.I charge a fee for this service, but it should take only between two and three hours.

Please don't follow Kevin's suggestion (sorry Kevin!) as you will overwrite the useful information you have in the pdb file.

Thanks Graham. Does Reckon do this as well? It's an access database Graham isn't it?
