Leave Loading not included in Superannuation

Hi

I am just been informed by HR department that Leave loading should be included when calculating superannuation.  I have looked at payslips back in January and it is still not letting me include leave loading, could someone please advise what I maybe doing wrong or if this is not available in Reckon One ? Thank you
