Loan manager in Accounts Plus 2014

Is the Loan Manager available in Reckon Accounts Plus 2014? According to the Help file it's access under the 'Banking' menu item but it ain't there on mine!

    The Loan Manager feature is available in Reckon Accounts Pro and higher.
