My STP password has changed

It seems I set up STP twice and even though for months I have successfully lodged my STP I cannot now on the same password, I have tried to create new password but it doesnt work. When I do get in it is telling I have to register, when I try it tells me I am already registered.. In other words I can not get in at all. I tried dozens of times to speak to a human but sadly they dont seem to exist with reckon. I get ssick and tired of the constant stuffups with reckon, seems when you split from quicken the better half left. I WANT A HUMAN TO TALK TO AND I WANT IT SORTED OUT. I understand the site is down, but monday it needs to be sorted or your company can pay the find I recieve for not lodging on time

Hi, I had the same problem this week (nearly had a meltdown!) I've been using it with same Password for over 9 months- no problems. Then didn't accept it, finally put forgot Password and took be to Reckon where iset up tge accoint and new Password - Bingo, it worked
